We are a new, unique venue located in Ruffin, NC where you will find the most peaceful surroundings and yet close to anything you may need. You can find us about 30 minutes north of Greensboro, NC or 15 minutes south of Danville, VA.
There are plenty of indoor/outdoor areas that will accommodate up to 250 guests. Weather won’t dampen your event as there is air conditioning and heat, so we have your day covered. The timber frame barn has a soaring 31ft high raised center ceiling with 3 stunning chandeliers. There are exposed beams as well as a breathtaking loft that looks down on the gorgeous fireplace and 1930’s bar for enjoyment. There are dressing rooms along with a prep kitchen that your caterers will love. When walking out the French doors to the 3 tier rock deck leading to the water, you will find an overwhelming peacefulness. The fire pit and wall lighting gives a romantic atmosphere for this area. You can also enjoy the deck from the loft where you can look over the apple orchard.
An added adventure, is the featured D&K Country Store that is filled with memorabilia from years gone by. We have acquired quite an unusual collection of items that will catch your attention. You will often hear the words, “remember when…” You will have to see to believe!
